Comments: John responded to my inquiry quickly. Arrived promptly for the inital meeting. Presented as professional, friendly and comfortable to deal with. Confirmed install the day before and on site, right on time. His pricing was fair and the craftmanship was first rate. Very pleased with the carpet and the service. Impressed with how quick his crew was even on a complicated floor plan. One bedroom transformed from blah to barefoot wow in under an hour. Will definitely hire him again for the next carpeting project.
